I purchased an outline from OutlineBank over a month ago and it turned out that the outline was not based on the textbook OutlineBank said it was. Furthermore, the outline was nearly ten years old, and was based on an area of law that has seen many changes in the last five years.... thus the outline is useless. I have sent five emails to OutlineBank (all a week apart) informing them of my situation and requesting that they please inform me of my options, if any. THEY HAVE NOT RETURNED ONE EMAIL. Use this service at your own risk and I highly suggest not paying for an outline as (1) you are likely not going to get the outline you think you are getting, and (2) if you have a problem it appears you are SOL. The "employee" who has rebutted these complaints is more than likely an owner trying to save face. Just do whats best for you and beg your friends for outlines for your classes; dealing with these schmoes is not worth it.

I work with OutlineDepot.com and we do our best to respond to inquiries as soon as possible. Usually within a few hours or a day at the latest. To suggest that "no email responses are provided" is completely ridiculous and entirely inaccurate.

As for our speed in processing and screening outlines that users upload to our site, we really do our best to do this as quickly as possible. If you are really in a rush to download an outline and can't wait to have your upload approved for a credit, you can always purchase a credit. At $9.99 it's hardly a big expense. Then once your outline is approved your credit will never expire anyway and you can always redeem it in the future.
