Unless you are very desperate for a job, reconsider talking with this company or accepting a job with them. They are well into double digits with terminations of Leaders, Managers and Vice Presidents in just the last 6 months. All of the terminations, which constitutes over 2/3 of the company's management staff, are "of course" due to great reasons?! The people that are now on the job market are in much better places even if it is unemployment.

If you are told that your ideas will be respected, they will not. If you are told that it is a great culture with great benefits, it is not. Their tag line of:"being a positive force in people's lives" is joke since people are terrified of making a mistake. Mistakes of any kind are not tolerated and dealt with swiftly - with termination.

Good leaders are now very scarce. What is left is sub standard cowards who will throw anyone under the bus in order to keep their position. Some departments are run like the zoo. The marketing department is a shambles now that a super talented VP was terminated and 50% of the rest of staff either quit or was terminated for laughable reasons.

Customer service - not sure if you can really call it customer service since there have been major terminations starting with the VP of Customer Service who was terminated for sleeping with one of his direct reports and showing favoritism. It would be bad enough that he did this once but he did this twice! The first time he was "forgiven". His team of great Product Managers quit due to being passed over time and again by this same VP.

HR is a big joke inside the company and out. The Director of HR is apparently unaware what confidentiality means. Whatever your issue is you can be assured that she will tell not only her incompetent staff, but anyone else that happens to go to her office. She has most currently informed people that the Executive VP and General Manager is on his way out. He may be but again this was confidential. She manipulates the owners and her supervisors to believe whatever she says. Again the zoo!

Do not leave a good, solid job for this company. If you do go to work there out of necessity, keep your resume online you will need it shortly!
