I recently ordered a complete skateboard from this company and received invoice. I made payment through paypal and currently have a complaint open with them as well. The company was quick to take the money but, has not sent a UPS tracking number as they mention on their site. I have e-mailed me them 4 times with no response. I have also called the number they list with paypal and it is a cell phone with no answer. After the purchase I noticed numerous complaints on the web about them. Buyer Beware! I am usually smarter than this and should have ordered through another company. The rebuttals I have read by this company are just wrong because I am dealing with the same situations. Lets see how they reply to this.

COME ON MAN ... you filed this on Nov. 5th, 2009 and we refunded your
payment a few days before that, on Nov. 3rd, 2009 ... as shown below!!! Yeah
BUYER BEWARE is really what this is all about, that is if your so negative as
you've jumped on the rip off report bandwagon ... without ACTUALLY reading each
and every claim against us ... you would have seen that we handled each and
EVERYONE properly and timely, and have NEVER ripped anyone off!!! That's right
every single claim posted on this site about has, has a replied rebuttal from
ourselves showing/stating either the tracking numbers (which ALL are valid) OR
the transaction details from Paypal ... displaying that we've refund those
parties payments!!!
