After they charge you and arm and a leg for one of their packages. They deceive you into a production stage web. This is so unreal and at times very confusing, especially when they send you this pie chart for you to determine how your book price is setup. just cannot figure it out, and phone calls are limited if you get one at all; because they are done by appointments only via emails. Outskirts press, sells it's consumers a lie. They are a publishing company that promises authors 100% of their royalities from the profits.  But what they done tell you is that, their production setup is built to deceive the author, especially if you are new and naive to the game they play.  At different stages of production, they assign you , an individual to assist you towards the production stage.  But, if you  needed to talk to someone to help answer and tackle the concrete questions, then good luck, because phone conversations are done by appointments only, but when you make a phone apointment via email they are usually not kept, on their part.  I brought one of their packages which cost me $700.00, plus an additional $349.00 to have the book done in hardcover. They price my softcover at $12.95 and they want to give me $3.28, they want to keep $9.67, of the profit.  The hardcover they price at $17.95, they want to give me $3.18 while they want to keep $14.77, of my profit.  Plus they are also charging a $25.00 yearly storage fee, this the company charges for p.o.d.  At what point is the author, the one who laboured, to reap his/her reward?  They are claiming that am paying for production cost, but, I had already, paid $700.00 for all this in the Ruby package.  What I see here is a great example of deception and greed, because outskirts did not contribute, to any truth, in my book, but they wants to reap the lion share. Shame on them.
