Outsourced Marketing Group Warning! Please read first New York New York

 People, unsuspecting interviewees, recent college grads, American citizens who has been layed off. Please avoid this company. This is actually a company named Troy international. Please do your self a favor and google search Troy international to really know the truth before actually going in for a interview. It's the same company cause it's in the same exact location as Troy with the same exact employees! (Just check check the current employees Linked-In profile)I saw review on rip-off report and quickly made the connection that Troy International is actually OMG which also reminded me of a assistant manager that recently got promoted. She has been with the company for at least what I think is 4 years and just recently got promoted to a new position. If you were to ever work for this company you would see on the employees faces that they are so burned out working long days for what I THINK is 12 hr days on 100% commision job. 1 thing I must say, I don't blame them for being exhausted, I would be too working there for that long for those long stressful days. They never tell the truth cause they know that the interviews would never start.

While I was working there i can see there was a lot of favoritism towards the new assistant manager. I also do know that there is a seed money that reps gotta work hard everyday on the streets (sleet or shine) to save to hopefully to open thier own office while the owner or assistant manager sits in the office all day eating and laughing. Well at this pace for the way the company is being ran with him and her calling the shots, They better put their heels and shoes on and prepare for another 2 years of being on the streets scaming and robbing poor unsuspecting business owners. But besides that. I really questioned my opportunity when I heard that some agents were there for over 3 years. for example,HR, Matt and Jt (which i know he's been there even longer!). I was always told that its 1 year program. Well given from the company track record and from the top performers it looks like just a ordinary door to door sales job on commission. Lucklily I didnt stay there long enough to lose as much money as the other poor past troy employees that has nothing but terrible things to say all over it.

Good thing im out....people find a real oppurtunity! If you don't believe me just type in Troy international in the google search bar to understand the truth. And if you look even further, typing in that specific location, you will see that there has been many other door to door companies way before Troy/OMG that have just as bad reviews. If the owner really does make all that much money and the company really is legit, why not invest in a new office space in a better location that doesn't have bad reviews about the location itself instead of constantly changing the name of the company every week? Wouldn't the name of your company and your credibility be more important to you to protect instead of having your reputation questioned because of previous companies before if your trying to say you are two different companies? Given from the info that I know and saw for the brief time working there to be honest it's a great system they have in place and I'm certainly not questioning that a person can work their way up the ladder to management. They can. It's just not possible right now with the current management they have right now in place.The problem is that the owner and his other close ones like new assistant manager lie so much that it's almost impossible to be happy and get paid to stick around long enough to make it through the year to attain management. Low pay because of the nature of sales you make is one thing I can get pass, but low pay plus never ever getting paid on time plus no opportunity is just bogus. That's all I have to say about that, if you still choose to go in for a interview, I have nothing more to tell you than goodluck! Cause you will really need it.
