I got a summons from overton, russell, doerr, and donovanthe other day, for a woman whom I have POA for. their phone system automatically hangs up on you at least three times before you get on hold, then the female that answered was rude and unprofessional.

She hung up on me once, and wouldn't speak to me. I put the woman on the phone, who she wanted to talk to, and she hung up on her, as well. Nasty people who probably couldn't survive in the real world.
