I recently experienced the surprise credit report reflection of a 200.00 hospital debt that I was not aware of.  This law firm not only listed it on my report but separated the bill so it left two blemishes on my credit report.  I filed a complaint with the Attorney General's office as my research found that this unscrupulous firm has done this to several people around me.  In a time when credit scores are so important, I find this practice of arbitrarily filing on personal credit reports unconstitutional and something needs to be done to a smug small law firm who can ruin someone's credit w/o a due process of debt collection or notice to assure people are actually getting notified of these small debts before they become a major problem on a personal credit report which carries them for 10 years.  They cannot be removed from a credit report w/o the collector's consent.  Good luck with that one.

Ruthless and abusive law firms need to be harnessed and this firm is one of them.
