***SCAM ARTIST, THEIF, CRIMINAL***Bret Watkins owner of St. Johnimals Island Pet Outfitter as well as sells semi trucks and tractors on the side evidently. Yet his scheme is not to sell you any actual product. We paid for a 1986 Mack RD Tri Axle Dump Truck and Bret Watkins gave us the address to pick it up. Once we arrived at the address the person at the location said he has talked to Bret Watkins on the phone, but has never met him in person and has never had nor seen a 1986 or any year model Tri Axle Dump Truck at his location or anywhere nearby. 

When we asked Bret Watkins what the deal was he is vague and gives misleading information saying how he is going to refund the funds. How he put a check in the mail then weeks later says oh he cancelled the check and is doing a wire. Ask about the wire days later says the weather has not permitted him to send the wire.

Still days later when asked about the wire he reverts back to saying he sent a check and it should arrive any day now. Weeks go by and of course no check and he continues with his same lies of oh I'm sorry I cancelled that check too I'll send a wire by COB Wednesday. Of course Wednesday comes and goes and nothing is received. He continues to lie about his true intentions and has defrauded us out of $6,950. He claims he has been in business for 20 years and is the owner of St. Johnimals Island Pet Outfitter in the Virgin Islands.

He is nothing but a criminal, theif, liar and conman. Anyone doing any kind of business with Bret Watkins be cautious as you have been warned that he will more than likely screw you out of your money and is incredibly difficult to get a hold of. Police reports have been filed along with a report to the FBI in regards to his criminal activity. If you want to be scammed or took for your money then Bret Watkins is the guy to do business with. His St. Johnimals Island Pet Outfitter store is likely a scam as well.
