OWNER GUARD CORPORATION SAME My car needs an internal engine seal and the adjuster Luis refused to open a claim,refused to inspect the car. What is the point to purchased extended auto warranty when it comes down that your auto n SAN DIEGO, California

I contacted my extended auto warranty at 619-228-0100 and I was transferred to mechanical breakdown department spoke to an adjuster name Luis and he is a complete idiot sitting behing a desk just denying claims. I am sure  he gets bonuses for scaring people away and play the a*****e role over the phone. I was explaining to him that my mechanic had contacted me to let me know that my car needed an internal engine seal. This idiot Luis denied opening a claim and also refused to come to inspect the car. My mechanic called the idiot Luis several times to explain the situation with the car but to the mechanics surprised this guy Luis was so narrow minded that refused to even listened to what the mechanic had to say regarding the car. Luis told the mechanic he was not even supposed to be talking to him because he was not part of their mechanics list. First, able when i purchased the warranty they told me i could take my car to any repair shop of my choice if the car ever had any problems. The bottom line is when it comes down to a car needing repair they flat out denied you without even inspecting the situation. They are fast at collecting your monies for the Extended Warranty but when they have to approved a claim they just denied you without honoring any repairs.

My complaint is for other people to speak and reach out to others that have been ripped off by this company and if this have to exposed through the Media then it should to prevent predators like this to ripped people off.
