Ever since Trust holding company (Owner Management Service LLC - They use differnt names every 2 years it seems so their reputation does not follow them) got my file or the contract over the property that I still OWN has made no effort to short sale but they are very eager to make a business model by collecting monthly rent from a tenant who resides in my property without my acknowledgement. I sat down with a guy named Roger Gomes on February 9th and asked him how this happened. He basically told me they didn't have to inform the owner whether they are renting the property to a tenant and collect money or not. Even told me that if I wanted to cancel the contact, then I'm supposed to pay for all the expenses that they had to put in to the property. Also he told me his company is making full effort with the bank(BOA) but they had to sue the bank becuase the bank is not cooperating with them. After having meeting with Mr. Gomes, I've emailed him more than three times asking for an estimate. He's never responded to my request at all. First they make money off of something that they don't own. Second, they don't tell that to the owner. Third, they want to keep doing until the property gets foreclosed and get out it after done exploting helpless people like myself. I'm reporting this fishy fraud company to FBI so that thousands of helpless consumers like myself can see the light at the end of this long tunnel.
