Owners Self Finance Wrobel Industries SCAM ARTIST / SINK HOLE HOMES Clearwater Florida

OSF (Owners Self Finance) is a true scam. 

I found a nice house for RENT TO OWN on craigslist. My fiancé and I walked through home twice. I contacted Manager, went into office in Clearwater and signed lease.

During the lease signing, we went over several things. Sinkhole - Yes, but had been repaired.

Deed Restriction - Informed "not anymore" - I have 2 boats and utility trailer and was told they were fine.

Upon exchange of $2700.00 and keys, my family and I began moving into 12637 Shadow Ridge BlvdHudson, Fl 34669.

I should have immediately retracted and moved.

When we tried to put refrigerator back into its space, we realized the floor had been layered with some type of linoleum … We had to peel back just to fit refrigerator in.

As we began to actually open drawers and cabinets to wipe out, this is where the horror begins.

Roaches after roaches … Roach feces imbedded into hinges, painted over, roach feces lined the underneath of every single cabinet and drawer. Gold wax lined every door opening, underneath ever counter in entire house, roaches in washcloth bars in shower …. You had to look underneath. Once you bent down and looked under ANYTHING in house, your stomach would turn.

#1 - We knew house had sinkhole repair …. However, they did not fix… Only had hole filled. Foundation has crack, as water bill was $200.00++ each month. Finally had Pasco Utilities come out and confirm. I contacted OSF via telephone and email, no response.

#2 – Foundation cracks in house, pillars are cracked and moved 4”.

#3 – Leak in Garage from unknown pipe. (Began to mildew wall) Called / Emailed = No Response. Had to poke hole in my bedroom closet ceiling to relive pressure before it collapsed.

#4 – Deed Restricted Community – This by far was deal breaker …

This was a lease to own. One year of rental, then lease w/ option for 5 years. I would have NEVER in a million years signed into a deed restricted community.

On Feb 26^th, I called and left a message that I planned on vacating in 30 days and I wished to speak with someone. I never heard back.

On March 23^rd (after numerous emails and calls) I sent another 30 days notice. (mailed)

On April 3^rd, I sent 5 emails (I can “see” when they are read, displayed on screen, or deleted without opening)

I have YET to receive a telephone call.

Property has been vacated and left in BETTER condition (since we removed the roaches and roach feces on everything) Lets see if I need to take them to small claims for my security deposit.
