OwnerWiz plays on your dreams and promises you what you want! then as you follow their rules they keep putting you off with more things you must do always promising you will have an Investor and rent to own the home you want. Bull Crap!
Itall started when I was serfing the web and found a 3 bedroom 2 bath home in the town of Orange, VA. I could not get a mortgage because of my credit score. So what pops up but OwnerWiz, telling they can put me in that home!
First they have me sign into ListingsWiz wit about 6 homes in the town of Orange, VA and tell me to pick more than one so their Investors have something to work with. So Numberone on my list is the home on Washington street, it is a forclosure and listed at $74,000. Now I need to fill out the buyer profile and I need to have $2,500 in the bank to be able to rent to buy a home $100,000 or less so as I'm filling out the profile I put $2,000 insted of $2,500 so I needed to fix it before they could go any further. So I did but nothing new happens.
I have all the e-mails from the begining and it just keeps costing more money and no rsults. They give you an expert but you can never get in touch with her. They get you to sign an agreement to stay with them and pay$39.95 a month untill your lease is up and the home is yours! Once you sign the paper it's now been months the have told you there is an investor there all you need is to sign and get this paper back! Once you do this you don't hear from them so I keep e-mailing them a d get a call from April a RTO she informs me there is NO investor and gives my number t a real estate who does rent to own they have one home not even in my area.
Another month goes by and NOTHING! I check on the home on Washington St. it's under contract and so are all the other homes on the list they sent me! Meanwhile they keep taking $39.95 out of my account! I call about 40 times and finally April calls back and I told her they broke the contract and I want to end this Rip-Off so she tells me I need to pay $250.00 and chaeges my account.
I NEED my money back, I went with them because I was in need.
