I purchased a Suzuki Grand Vitara Used from Oxendale Kia Suzuki. I was a single mother of 3 children at the time. I toldthem I could not go over $250.00 a month for a payment. I had another car loan that was on my credit and paid off trough United Auto Credit. My credit was better than when I bought my first car. They came back with financing, and aid they could get the payment where I wanted it. I started signing the papers. I did not realize there was no inerest rate added yet. I also told them that I could not go without a car if something happened to it. I needed full rental car insurance, and a full warranty. I Purchased extra warranties to ensure all of this.

When I was almost done with the paperwork the owner I cannot remember his name but he is Indian American, came out and told me my payment after the intrest would be over $300.00 a month! I was astonished. I asked why they said they had to go through a different finance company because United Auto Credit would not approve the loan. (even though I paid off the last one in 2 !/2 years instead of the original 5 years). They said in 6 months I could get it refinanced. I was upset but what was done was done. I left feeling used like one of their cars.

Then less than 6 months later the car quit! The transmission was JUNK! and I mean JUNK! there is no repairing a Suzuki Transmission they told me we have to order another one. They then gave me a quote of $2000.00. I explained about my warranty. I had to fight with them they finally agreed it should be covered. I called for a rental car. They stated that I had not had the car long enough to recieve one! what? So I ended up losing my job! I tried to get a rental several times the denied me. The car was in the shop almost 3 months to replace a transmission because they were ordering the wrong one I missed some payments and the Finance company came and reposessed it right out of the shop! I never saw my car again.

Thanks Oxendale for leaving me carless and jobless with three kids! your customers really do the talking for you SCAM ARTISTS!
