Oxford Bank is illegally reporting incorrect information to credit agencies. They have been notified about it several times and refuse to make the proper changes to the report.

Very rude on the phone. They have been reporting this inaccurately for over a year now, lawyers have been notified and it is a legit case. Why can't things just be reported correctly? It is not difficult, yet it can screw with someones personal financing even further than a bankruptcy. Truth in reporting is all I had asked for here and they have refused it. This bank has been difficult to work with since day one, I would have never used them had I known this going into it.
