Oxford Financial ripoff, took $249 from me I want my money back FRAUD New York

oxford financial is a total scam. someone called me on the telephone august 18th 2005 and offered me a 2000 credit card for 249 dollars and said that i would recieve the card within 40 days. they said it would be zero percent interest for 1 year and i specifically asked if i am recieving a credit card. they said yes. it is now october 2nd and i still havent recieved anything. i called there at 1866-333-7715 and they tole me it takes 45 working days for the benefit package. i asked what is a benefit package. they told me they are just a company that does the processing for oxford financial they are called payment resourse center. that is the number I got on the back of my cancelled check. i called my bank to report this fraud and they are working on it . i dont know what the outcome will be, but this company is a total fraud.. I want my money back. this transacation bounced my account and now i am about 700 in debt with my bank, i cant even write out any checks. please help if anyone has any suggestions.
