Oxford Financial ripoff I too Have been hit for $249 with Promise of Mater Card New York

Received phone call from Employee #041 That I had been approved for a Master Card from Citi Bank,
with inital level of $2,000.00. The amount wolud be deducted from my bank account and the card would dbe mailed the same date (9/2/05). When the card was not received within a reasonable time, a call was placed to 1-866-333-2715.

After several attempts, and reaching an answering machine wit a message that my call would be returned.

Needless to say, no call was returned. I finally managed to reach a Customer service rep. who stated that it would not take eight to ten days to receive the card that the "sales representative" said it would take, but forty business days.

I asked to speak to the "sales Rep", and was told they were not available. I asked the name of the company that I was speaking to and was told that it was Oxford Financial.

Today I found the phone number in Rip-Off. Thank you for being
