Oxmoor Hyundai of Louisville, Ky DISHONEST-MISLEADING-MANIPULATIVE-UNPROFESSIONAL-ARGUMENTATIVE-ARROGANT Louisville, Kentucky

My husband and I were interested in finding an AWD SUV. Oxmoor Hyundai of Louisville, was having a tent sale in Madisonville, Ky in the Kroger parking lot. We already own a Mazda 3, and we found a Mazda CX9, in the same color, at this tent sale. I expressed, repeatedly to the salesman what we had been looking for. When he started telling me about the CX9, he assured me that the vehicle was an AWD. My husband was told the same thing. We were told this several times, and have witnesses. We ended up purchasing the vehicle. The next day, we realized, it was in fact only a two wheel drive, and not an AWD like we were assured. The cd player also has a cd stuck in it so it's not useable. We contacted the salesperson. He of course, argued that he never said it was an AWD, which, of course, is not true. We would have never purchased the vehicle if it wasn't what we wanted. We ended up having to talk to a few different people trying to get this resolved. We were treated like crap and argued with over and over. Considering the cost of what we need to do to get the vehicle to do what we need it to do (ie:pull a boat), and to get the cd player to work, we go them to at least send us a check for $1500, which still isn't going to cover everything. Trying to get that check from them was a pain also. We had to call to practically make them send it, and they got smart on the phone and said they didn't have to do anything at all if they didn't want to. I told them that they could just take the car back and give me back my car that I had traded in, but they said that it wasn't an option. Eventually we got the check, but we are still stuck with a vehicle that isn't going to fit our needs that we have to pay alot of money for. These people are horrible. I will NEVER do business with them again and I urge people to not do business with them. They were dishonest and just plain hard to deal with. I'm sorry I ever dealt with them at all!
