 I placed an order for a massage chair for $1800.  Then I saw another one I liked better, so I cancelled this order and ordered the other one.  Even though it was updated on their website as cancelled, someone did not cancel it in their database and sent both chairs.  EMS Indo Shipping company will not forward because OZA Sport is asking me to pay $1800 for the one that I cancelled. 

I've already wired $1500 for the one that I ordered and they will not ship it.  Indo EMS e-mail is info@ems-indo.net and their website is  http://www.ems-indo.net.  My tracking number is  "US231959123012IE"

Just because someone at their company made the mistake and sent out the chair that had been cancelled, I am being punished.  I did the right thing and went to my bank and wired the $1500 over there and now I cannot get the chair I ordered. 

This is what OZA Sport says (I have plenty of e-mails back and forth): 

Dear Debra,

It is quite impossible if you ask to refund the money you have transferred.
Because the order has been shipped, and now the 2 items. That is because the database is stored for your purchase, so we send both your order.
Now, we can only wait for payment orders sent another one. If not then we can not continue to deliver, prior to any payment to order another one.

Again - it is not my fault that they did not update their database.  It was updated on the web site that #1910 was cancelled, but should I have to send them $1800 because they did not update their database to be correct and only send out the one chair that I paid for????
