Ozio Media Does not pay its contractors, have not been paid nor received notice as to why haven't been paid Baltimore Maryland

Responded to a craiglist advertisement for what I thought would be some additional money to help with expenses.  Wrote a total of 28 articles over the course of 3 weeks, when it occured to me to inquire about a payment.  I have not received a response to that email which was sent last Friday, the 22nd.  Not so much as a nice little note saying it will be in the near future on such and such date.  Nothing, no response and no payment.  

I did, however, receive an email from a project manager asking me when I would be done with a batch of articles.  I thought this was ludicrous and explained I'm not writing any more articles until I at least hear from someone as to when I will be compensated.  My project manager forwarded this information on, supposedly, but still no word from the person who sends payments at Ozio Media.  

A note, a message, an update of some sort would have done but it appears as though they're dodging me.  Their policy states after 10 articles are authored, they immediately send a payment.  Well I'm 18 past that.  If I don't receive payment soon, I'm furthering this complaint to the bbb and filing with the dol.  I deserve payment for services rendered.
