P & S Services, Inc. P&S Services Inc. Mr. Tony Love, Declared me a winner of $73,000. They sent a check of $3,698.00 to be deposited to my account. Then had to send them a check via Western Union or Moneygram for $2,989. New York, New York

Received a letter from P & S Services claiming that I was the lucky winner in the second category of the Publisher's Clearing house and a Compensation Draw Sweepstakes. I was approved for a lump sum of $73,000.00 payable by Certified Check and would be delivered by a Special Courier Company.

Enclosed in the letter was a check from Englund's Services, Inc. 1125 W King Street Malvern PA 19355 in the amount of $3,698.00 for me to pay the Govt. Service Tax and Insurance. I was to contact the filemaker agent (Mr. Anthony Love at 647-867-5403) for more details. I was then to send a check for $2,989.10 to be paid through Western Union or Moneygram.

The letter was from Vernon Kimberly, Vice President of Global Operations
