PA Distribution is no longer a legitimate company. Their President Scott Kerman has promised payment on a piece work distribution job that was completed in April 2015 since that time. In May he and his assistant stopped answering phone calls, returning emails, and now as of the end of May have BLOCKED ALL INBOUND CALLS FROM ME, in pursuit of payment. They have been slow to pay to begin with but I have been in touch with several of the charitable organizations that use their services and they have all confirmed, PA Distribution has been paid by THEM, however, PA refuses to pay their contracted employees for the actual work. They owe me over 650.00 believe that eventually I as well as the others they have not paid will go away. This will not happen. Do not trust them!

We've looked at his Facebook page, it's disgusting. As he was scamming his subcontractors out of $16,000+ he was at the Kentucky Derby, and bruncing weekly at a trendy restaraunt in his home town.
One thing the state and fed authorities said is use social media - Tweet his name - and use the media when you have a chance. The Tweets can be found by wirters and others. Banding together is the only way to stop scam artists from going after other hard working victims -- under the name of good non-profits. We know people are looking for others who Mr. & Mrs Kerman and PA Distribution has done this to. Keep Tweeting until they come out. Look what this site has done!

We also worked for PA Distribution, they owe us over $4,000, and another person well over $2,000. Same M.O.
Blocking phone calls, the only emails we got were threats from Scott Kerman, and the companies not only paid him, they paid him in advance for the jobs he ripped us off for!
Please email us a (((redacted))). We are just like you, and are not going to let this go! Possible investigations by our Attorney General, and other authorities.
If you want to see what Scott Kerman is all about Google his name, and the words: gate crasher.
We can also send you many, many more links where Mr. Kerman admists he's a scam artist, and a liar in published newspaper/magazine/web articles. Please contact us ASAP! His other M.O. is to keep his scams seperated so that they go away thinking they are all alone. Now everyone should join in and work together. Was this a T.. in T... flyer distribution for L&L So...? You may want to look at facebook and find his page as well as The Grandstander: Boston Sport Talk Television. They have a facebook page and this has to be him because he is coincidentally in Brookline, MA. It may be a way of taking this to a larger audience to put the pressure on him to pay up.
