PA Home Store Terrible customer service. I ordered cabinets from Pa Home. Every time you call you get the run around. Do not shop here save yourself the headache Feasterville Pennsylvania

In Feburary I ordered kitchen cabinets from the Pa Home Store. The owner Steve Simmons helped me with my order and he was given the dimensions of the kitchen. Now this is not my first rodeo and Im sure its not his. The cabinets were paid for and ordered at some point between them being built and delivered I ordered additional items to be delivered with the cabinets (also paid for). When the delivery came some of my order was not on the truck and one of the cabinets were the wrong size along with the filler boards, no big deal right well it was. I called and got the run around. When I finally got a call back from Steve a few days later I was asked "Well what do you want me to do". I told him i paid for delivery and I wanted it delivered and that I wanted the right size cabinet he said he would arrange for it be put on another truck and get me the right size cabinet but he couldn't help me with the filler boards "that the are what they are". Ok fine !!!. So some time goes by no delivery no call from Pa Home store. I call again and again and nobody knows what I am talking about. So as of April 5 No new cabinet, no missing product (250' of 3/4 quarter round) and no refund. Worst expierce ever I was treated like it was my fault it wasn't delivered and that I got the wrong cabinet. 

PA Home Store Terrible customer service. I ordered cabinets from Pa Home Store Steve Simmons (owner) and in stead of giving proper cabinets to fit the kitchen correctly he shorted them (smaller cabinets)  When asked about the wrong size cabinets I was told it will be fixed 1 month later still didn't get my merchandise, new cabinet or refund. Every time you call you get the run around. Do not shop here save yourself the headache
