Two girls came to my door on March 3rd 2009 and got me to write a check for $50.00 for subscription to 'Discover' magazine. Needless to say, I like many others have recieved no magazine and cannot contact anyone at the company for any infomation.
Basically this is a scam. If anyone purporting to be from 'Points Across America' come to your door, call the police which is what I will do next time.
I am going to contact the poice next week and report this scam to them. I urge everyone in a similar position to do the same.
If enough people who have been scammed by PAA Inc. contact the police in their area eventually the authorities will join up the dots and action will be taken against this company.

We did speak with Mr. Faulkner in regards to his Discover magazine. If everyone would please read their receipt, because it does take a while for the subscription to start. This is a third party transaction. The order is placed through us (PAA) we send it to a clearinghouse and they submit it to the magazine. Therefore, it takes 3 months or longer when you sponsor the agents that come to your door. Mr Faulkners order will not start until the end of July, beginning of August. It would have been nice if you would have waited to file a complaint until after the timeframe stated on the receipt YOU SIGNED had passed. Then you would have a legetimate complaint. We tried to express this to him over the phone and he hung up on me. So, I called him back again. What everyone should know is out of 86,000 customers in 3 yrs there are only 32 complaints. Thats pretty good! You do the math! So Mr. Faulkner, please read your receipt next time, thank you for sponsoring and enjoy your Discover magazine
