Though his business he does money laundering.  He goes to Brazil and gets a contact with all these BrazilIan tour company to bring them tourists. He pays them cash , per person in Brazil.  Which they do not show to IRS.

He also sells lots of refurbished electronics. Which all these poor Brazilian tourist do not know.
