We responded to an internet ad  regarding low cost financing for equiptment and trucks that was pitched by Pacific Capital Finance. We received follow-up information from Adrian Rojo including an efa agreement (19458594825632) with the terms and amount of loan.

There was a request for 1st and last months lease and a 599$ fee for processing the lease. We responded with a cashiers' check for the requested amount and waited for the transaction to be funded. This all occurred btw. Dec 24,2014 and Dec. 30th 2014.

On or about Jan 7th,2015 we received a complete new set of documents which reflected a straight commercial loan  they had brokered to Blue Bridge Financial group. The term of the note was cut by 12 months and the low rate of 4.125% had suddenly increased to 8%.

We contacted Pacific Capital Finance and told them they had totally misrepresented the product and didn't meet their original offering and we respectfully requested a refund of our $4027.80. We got alot of double talk about how long it took to process a refund and we went along with it for a while.

When it became apparant that these guys were less than reputable we filed claims with everybody we could think of including the BDO of California, the BBB of San Diego, the attorney generals office, and Blue Bridge Financial. We contacted the latter to see if they knew anything about these guys and they had no experience with them whatsoever.

After 7 months of dealing with these people trying to get our money back Adrian Rojo contacted me and said that they would refund $2000.00 of the 4027.80 they owed me if I would send out letters and retract the claims I had made concerning their business. I agreed in principal to do that if they would make it 2500 just to get rid of this  issue.

I susequently wrote the letters they requested and waited for several weeks to hear from someone and finally Adrian called me on or about August 5,2015 and let me know that writing the letters was not good enough he wanted me to get the claim off the books at the BBB. I told the guy I had done what I was asked to do and it is apparrent that they have no intention of returning our money to us.

Part of their original agreement is in case of a dispute that Orange Count Califrnia is the venue for arbitration and obviously being in Texas is not a viable concept for us to pursue unless there were ways where we could get punitive damages. At this point I don't care about the money. It is shame on me for being that stupid to send the crooks the money but I would give anything to stop yahoos like this guy from preying on others.

Please be advised that Pacific Capital Finance has honored the amicable settlement on which we agreed and has refunded the amount agreed upon.I sincerely apologize for any harm that I may have caused their establishment or representatives with this posting.

The dispute was over a misunderstanding on the original lease terms  which led me to terminate the agreement. Acts of malice are below our civil standards and I do not wish to be involved in any malicious acts that stemmed  from undo frustration.

It is my understanding that Pacific Capital Finance has now been accredited through the BBB and they honored their agreement to refund my deposit to me  even though I cancelled my agreement with them.

I have no qualms with Pacific Capital Finance and I would certainly consider doing business with them going forward as I believe they are a legitimate company functioning 100% above board.

Thomas ("Tom") B Woodward Jr, continues to demonstrate Pure Inhumane Acts Of Malice. Any rational person can immediately notice the intent of Thomas (“Tom”) B Woodward, from UltraGreen Hydroseeding & Irrigation, LLC’s post is inhumane and malicious, rather than contacting us to comply with our company policy, in order to clear the refund that we made an exception for. I can’t believe he truly felt that he was kind on his previous “comments that he wanted to make known on the internet”, that’s a disconnected level of conscious (especially everything else he followed up with). Wow. After verifying our call log, we only called this customer’s office once and three times on his cell phone, to resolve this. Nobody called him “half a dozen times or more to "threaten him” and there is absolutely nothing wrong with making demands in an email, to retract his intentional libelous and defamatory content, while also being reminded that we attempted to resolve it. That’s unwelcome behavior to our society, anyone that abuses sites like this have no class or shame. The customer intentionally labeling that as “harassment” “unheard of business practices “ or a “threat”, also demonstrates how foul his character is, for intentionally adding gallons of fuel to the libelous fire with exaggerated statements to cause further defamation and a disgusting blast of business disparaging claims along with it. Especially toward the person, that was all for making an exception to refund him. I didn’t know demanding to retract libelous “personal” comments to avoid a suite, could even be mistaken as “unheard of business practices”. That didn’t even make any sense. Maybe we should have called or emailed about the personal defamation during non-business hours, so he hopefully could then be aware, that it was actually a personal concern being addressed. The customer forgot to realize, anyone viewing this post most likely is an adult and a business owner with a family. All of his energy and worthless words come from a space of hatred and the intent to cause destruction. There is dedicated and good hearted individuals at Pacific Capital Finance that work very hard for their family that is not at fault for the customer being fraudulent. Reading Tom's posts makes me wonder what was running through his mind, before he confirmed to submit it. Libelous and malicious criminals with a lack of conscious, shouldn’t abuse these sites.

We never “disappeared” since May or even mentioned rejecting his request for a refund. This is the type of behavior we have been observing since we caught him in fraud. Malicious, deceitful behavior and constant documented lies. The customer made several threats that involved our reputation, before he plagued this post with these acts of malice. We actually had already made up our mind and decided to refund UltraGreen Hydroseeding & Irrigation, LLC in July. Tom was repeatedly advised to call in to confirm he is satisfied with our resolution (on a recorded line). This is considering he was fraudulent and we had the rights to keep the funds, per our agreement. He didn't care to appreciate our kind gesture of being willing to refund him, after breaching our agreement he fully understood before signing.

Since the customer repeatedly refused to call in as our documented proof reflects, we bluntly stated that he will have to sign a settlement and confidentiality agreement before Pacific Capital Finance cuts a check back out to ULTRAGREEN HYDROSEEDING & IRRIGATION, LLC. He replied with these words, “I’ll sign nothing until refunds in hand”, “this is my last communication” and “I’m done discussing this”. From a business and risk stand point, we did not feel comfortable with granting an exceptional refund for this particular, fraudulent and criminal minded customer that made threats of harming our reputation and wellbeing, unless he complied with a general policy (most businesses use) that requires us to record the customer was satisfied with the resolution or at least acknowledges that in writing. The customer failed to understand how we felt, would not comply and decided to retaliate against us, for not getting his irrational demands met. Since when is someone not willing to comply with such a simple and understandable policy to clear a refund? It would have taken him less than a three minute conversation on a recorded line, I bet it took him longer to think of what damaging words to use these posts. It’s clearly evident his intentions were to obtain the refund and attempt to harm us with these inhumane acts of malice right after it cleared his account. What’s really shocked our entire company about these posts, is that he could have easily put this to bed with a simple phone call or a few signatures, instead committing these acts of malice. I have never seen anything like this.” Very uncivil, vicious, unprofessional, shameless, and cowardly.

Any person that respects our country and our constitutional rights would agree that this intentional dignitary tort, false business disparaging statements, libel and defamation is outright disgusting, inhumane and below our civil standards. Regardless of how upset a customer can be, they should not feel that it’s right to attack the integrity of an entire company establishment and operation. He has all the information he needs to put us in touch with whomever he addressed this with. We never received a call on this fraudulent claim and that is guaranteed. I advise the customer to request that these entities he filed a complaint with, email us at or write a letter to our company address so we can follow up with them and state our case. There is absolutely nothing to hide. Please contact us, we would be more than happy to share his fraudulent application, suspicious behavior, documented patterns of him lying and contradicting himself, constant irrational behavior and threats ever since we caught him in fraud, call logs that reflect him not answering our calls and following up with an emails demanding that my company is to avoid verbal communications (multiple times). Most importantly, proof that we insisted for him to follow our company policy to clear the exceptional refund and only to get irrational demands. We told him to call us when he is ready to settle it which he never responded to. We hold the last communcation on this matter, not the customer.

We would be delighted to prove our establishment and operation is legal/legitimate in various different ways, at any given time of the day. We have completed and keep up with mandatory, regulated government requirements and state fillings, that insure we are legally operating, we legally file and pay state and federal taxes, we maintain countless records of funded transactions in our company database and archives, records of repeat customers that that enjoy dealing with us, Original Commercial Vehicle Title's from the DMV that list Pacific Capital Finance as the “Registered Owner” (Lessor), which are under successful lease terms. Any business owner can agree with this, “Documentation beats conversation”.

If you’re a potential lessee or customer reading these posts, please don’t allow it to interfere with building a close relationship with Pacific Capital Finance. The above mentioned documentation will instantly prove that those business disparaging statements are all from inhumane acts of malice and intentional dignitary tort, from a fraudulent and shameless customer. We will prove it to you. Pacific Capital Finance is in the market to assist honest businesses in growing and increasing revenue, by providing service and funding solutions for equipment leasing and working capital business loans, at competitive rates and terms. Thomas ("Tom") B Woodward Jr, demonstrates Pure Inhumane Acts Of Malice . We found Thomas (“Tom”) B Woodward Jr, from UltraGreen Hydroseeding & Irrigation, LLC to be fraudulent due to falsely stated information on the application and misrepresenting his legal debt obligations. Tom stated in his application that his company has been operating for 20+ years, while pulling legal supporting documents it proved the customer had in fact only been in business for 10 years at the time of his application. There was also huge "change of status" with serious legal debt obligations, when more specific proof was requested after he started acting suspicious prior to funding the lease. At this time additional information was requested in order to try and help provide a solution, however the customer refused to provide any further documentation at this point. As it is fully stated in the legally binding agreement that he signed, once any fraud activity is found, the customer forfeits the deposit. Even with this in place, we were kind enough to approve his request for a refund in July and he refused to comply with a simple policy that involved him calling in to acknowledge he was satisfied with the resolution on a recorded line or at least sign a few papers to document it in writing. Tom refused numerous times and didn’t even bother considering either option, so he took this inhumane path instead. It's evident, that it was due to not having his irrational demands met. He should not attempt to defraud Lessors, he was the culprit. From a business and civil standpoint, it's safe to assume, that Thomas (“Tom”) B Woodward Jr, from UltraGreen Hydroseeding & Irrigation, LLC is far from a trusted or reliable source. Period.

Adrian Rojo Pacifica Capital Finance harasses and makes threats to victims!!

Ok, so I was kind in my comments to the gentleman from Texas, adding that I too am a victim of Adrian Rojo and Pacific Capital Finace's scaming me out a similar large deposit, bait and switched interest rates and reducilous add-on catches.... and no refund.  Since making this post three weeks ago, Adrian Rojo has called a half dozen times or more trying to threaten me and with emails threatening me with a slander and defamation law suite for even making my comments known on the internet.  I too have some places Ive filed complaints, but because they are a scam house and not a legit buisness, they are hard to find or are ignoring the contacts.  They use totally unheard of practices of threats and pressure to suit if I dont retract my comments.  Does this all sound familiar Texas?  Im fully wiliing to let them suit me if they have the courage to do so, then Ill be able to take a nice vaction and face these aweful people.  I just want to make sure that eveyone searches for Adrian Rojo and Pacific Capital Finance on the web before they get screwed too.  I have all the written and documemtned proof and am willing to share with any other victims out there...maybe a small cass action against Adrian Rojo and Pacific Capital Finance would be possible then, or criminal charges as Im being told may be possible here.  I have the names of the some of the other sales people ther that Ill list when I get a chance.  I have to believe the scam isnt one person acting alone.  I hope more vistims reach out to me including Texas if you can please.

Adrian Rojo the scam continues

I have had the EXACT same scam form the same guy pulled on me.  I sent my deposit in as requested on a agreed amount after unequivically verifying that all underwritting had been done and it was a go, then he calls back and raised the interest by over 3 times the amount and lied the whole time.  I experinced his finest double talk Ive ever known...very slick tongued and quite the spin artist.  NOT to be trused.  I was offered a refund as well but it never came.  This was all In March, April and May of 2015.  He sinced stopped calling and refuses to respond via email cause he knows hes caught.
