Pacific Choice Lending Network PCL, Pacific Choice Lending Took my money and NO qualified leads The promised me it was just a marketing issue...never got anything of value, Internet

I was contacted by PCL abotu selling me mortgage leads and after some talking and going back and forth for a few days I finally decided to buy from Barry at PCL.

They promised me leads that were double screened and met a certain criteria that I provided.....I was to start receiving leads in about 3 days but it took almost 2 weeks.

When I did finally get leads only about 10% of them met my criteria and most of the leads said they had not talked to anyone before.

I spoke with Lisa (cust svc) about this and she assured me Mary would start doing the verification on the leads and the quality woudl increase and ultimately said she would replace the "bad leads."

Well, I was to have only paid for one month of leads (60 leads) but they ended up charging me for another month (even though I had not received my initial 60 leads) and so my checking account was charged again as they said I "cancelled" too close to the next billing cycle so the automated system would charge me but they would get me my 120 total leads and cancel the charges for the next month.

I got a few more leads but they did not meet my criteria so I let them know to stop the leads during December and I wanted my leads to begin on Jan 5th or so. 

I did not get anything from them in early January and I had been emailing and calling...I continued to email and call with no response until about Feb 20th at which time Mary (as Lisa never called back and I assumed was no longer at the company) said they were straightening out the marketing so they could get me the leads I needed and I would have them starting 1st week of March.  I asked her to call me March 3rd or 4th....never got a call so today (the 11th) I tried to follow up and nothing on any of the 3 numbers I have...all just rang and rang.

I then found the reports on this website and my heart sunk as I realized what probably has happened and what I have lost.....
