Company sent out 3 supposedly experienced, professional movers to load a 26 foot moving truck I had rented from UHaul. Movers deliberately and maliciously loaded truck to insure the maximum amount of damage to my furniture and personal property.

They placed a large, heavy drawer directly on top of my expensive dresser and then placed a 27 inch color TV on top of the drawer causing deep indentations and scrapes on my dresser. They placed a pine desk on its side with 2 drawers empty and 2 full and then placed a large solid wood cabinet style end table on side of desk crushing it. They placed a large solid cherry coffee table upend on top of a box clearly marked "FRAGILE GLASSES" crushing the box and glasses. They stacked drawers and boxes haphazardly and then didn't tie down a single item in the moving truck. I had instructed movers to leave my laptop computer alone as I was planning to bring it with me in my car. They packed it anyway in a box with large, hard and/or sharp objects with only a thin layer of bubble-wrap to protect it and threw the empty laptop case on top of some boxes towards the front of the truck. The laptop computer is now broken and won't even boot up. They loaded my DVD player and a VCR upside down inside an empty drawer opening without any padding or protection.

Movers caused about $3200 damage to my furniture and property and now chooses to ignore me. Company owner failed to respond to the Better Business Bureau Complaint Notification and ignores me and every attempt that I've made to resolve this matter. Owner failed to provide insurance although contractually agreed upon.
