march 7,2007, estimator came out to measure and provide estimate of the job. we accepted and april 25 2007 the work was done. one day like they said, 10 hours, messy work, I had to clean up after the tech. Caulking was messy, and the overflow area had small cracks in the acrylic. We just excepted the workmanship and continued to use the tub. UNTIL recently 11/22/2009 two years later, I to call the office. MY tub leaks. with less the 6 inches of water in it. My whole ceiling in the down stairs laundry room sagged and we needed to cut it away. I filled the tub again less then 6 inches and in the back left hand corner of the tub it just drips right out. no where near the overflow and drain pipe.
We called the company and this man named Mike who said he owns the company tells us that it is is not his problem and it is caused by my tile leaking. Without even looking at the work that his company did! With all of the complaints, they have against them I will probably have a fight on my hands to try to get them to do anything. . I will keep you posted as to what happens.
Has anybody thought of a class action lawsuit, because they do not back their product's "lifetime" warrenty? Next stop is the contractor's board and small claims but why should I have to do any of this if they were a real company.

Well.....Aimee,
I called Rebath in Riverside for a remodeling bathroom job on July 5th. The owner Russel Pawley told me it would be an easy 2 day installation job and would start on July 15th. As of Sept 5th, they still were not ready to start and charge my credit card $3500. After 60 days of delays, I cancelled the job and the NEW owner Keith Siegle refuses to refund my money. Again, they never started work after 6o days of accuses and delays. I contacted Calif Contractors License Board and Rebath refuses to refund my money.
I am now in contact with the REBATH bond company, BBB, Calif License Contrators Board for a refund and even wrote a letter to REBATH Corp office without response.
How can you help me, Aimee?
