A complaint was submitted by Jane Doe 1 and allegedly her mother Jane Doe 2 to the State of Washington Consumer Protection Division as well as the bar association last year. Both investigations concluded that claims I used or created fraudulent documents to litigate on behalf of my clients without having the appropriate authority to carry out such actions were closed. No sanctions were issued because of the overwhelming evidence I supplied the state proving these accusations were without merit. The complaints and resolutions are of public record if you anyone would like to investigate. Alternatively you may call me directly to request a copy of the complaint, our full response, and the letters from both organizations which confirm my statement. I suspect the site will not allow me to provide direct contact information but my telephone information is available through the Better Business Bureau and I will be glad to take some time to discuss with anyone interested. It is of my opinion considering the favorable outcome  resulting from their complaints that this could be interpreted as slander. I am compelled to discuss with my legal team what recourse if any is available to protect the integrity of the corporation and its ownership from any detriment caused by these two complainants.
