Ever have your car moved and hated the experience? Blame Pacific Financial Association Inc.
Transporter companies have to be bonded. Pacific allows F Rated companies to be bonded. In other words - they will take money from anyone with a buck. Despite the general public being screwed by their lack of due diligence they will give a bond to any idiot that claims to be an auto transport broker. This is the problem with our government. They allow idiots like Pacific Financial to operate without any worry or care in the world.
Never move your car through a broker who is bonded by Pacific Financial Association Inc out of San Diego, CA.
The FMCSA and the U.S. Justice Department should be looking into these idiots.
The Attorney General in California should shut them down or at least do a serious audit regarding the way they conduct business. The IRS should be looking into them as well for money laundering the way they work the bonds with these F rated companies (transporters) that do not follow the rules and screw customers.
