In Dec (10-15?)2008 I ordered a PC tower and eccessaries to go with it. They sent me the wrong tower. I tried to get an RMI # to exchange the PC Tower with no avail. I ordered another tower(needed it for family X-Mas videos etc. They took another 3 hundred/? for that tower(which was distroyed by FEDEX.I sent photos of the distroyed Tower to PacificGeek with the info to release there rights, so I could file a claim with FEDEX to reimburse me LOSS.And like a DS, I continued to order parts from to build my music recording studio once everything was straightened out, because the prices were so good @#$%^&.The form from FEDEX was never filed with FEDEX, I finally got a RMI # from and returned the 1st PC tower I bought from them, and have never heard another word from them. I call and leave messages into there recording machine, they never call back. Now I have 1 distroyed PC Tower FEDEX won't pay me for, and has the original tower I got back in Dec.08,plus various accessories I have no PC to put them in.FedEX is protecting them because they ship all there stuff with them (BIG Customer) you know.

Pacific Geek sent me back the monet for the 1st. PC tower I bought and returned months ago, plus $40.00 for the FedEx shortage so this report works (good deal)
