Pacific Homeworks Horrible Customer Service and Attitude from the Managers. They are jerks and simply don't care California

We have had HORRIBLE expereinces Pacific Homeworks. We've had our roof done and our house painted with them. They lie and never keep their promise. When the girl came to sell us on the roof, we asked if the people coming would speak english. She said yes, and when they came they did not speak any english at all which made it very difficult to communicate with them. When they did the roof they left holes in the roof where the direct tv dish was and just left the pieces on the roof along with holes in the roof and when we called to express our concern the guy was a total a*****e saying " We're there to put a solid roof on your house,it's not our job to put your dish on the roof" with a nasty attitude.

They then came after that and fixed it but did it wrong and we had to have it fixed again. On the contract for the painting they have it marked to do windows and we verbally told them to not paint the wood around the windows, not only did they do that, they did it poorly and painted the windows shut so we can't open them. This was done about 4 years ago, back in 2012. 

Today Feb 23 2016 they called and said they were going to send 2 guys over to check on the roof and work they had done in the past. Prior to this we've have several complaints and ask them that they put that on our chart. Everytime we would recieve a call from someone new ( it was never the same person we spoke with) they had no record of the complaint that we asked them to document, even though they said they would. When the guys came to "inspect" the roof all they did was walk around the house and say everything looks good, the roof looks good and insullation ( they didn't even go on the roof to check, or check in the attic to see the insullation). They then wanted to pitch us on new doors and when we politely told the guys that we were not happy with their services due to the work, broken promises and attitude that we've recieved over and over again they guys apologized and left.

About 2 minutes later the guys came back with their manager Alex Duarte on the phone to speak with us in regards to our complaints with our epxerience with them. Rather than try to hear us out or apologize for anything, he gives us an attitude ( surprise) and tells us that our contract says paint the windows. He was argumentative some quotes from the conversations

Alex Duarte: When we are doing work for you..

Us: You aren't doing work for me..

Alex Duarte: And I'm glad you're not.

Us. I don't appreciate the attitude

Alex Duarte: You're just getting mad because I'm making sense.

He kepy cutting us off and not letting us talk. As a manager to say these things to a customer with a horrible attitude while your two employees are standing their with this shocked look on their face as if they can't believe this is happening and the embarassed look they have is just mind boggling. DO NOT work with these people. They just want your money and don't give a crap about you and the service they provide.
