we purchaed a home in 2002 from PHFA and they have been fighting to get it back from us in every way possible the tried fake evictions and they make it look like your buying the home and the jerks even make it look like the escrow closed but in fact your just leaseing from them. we just had to fight to keep the house with another lender and now just found out there a silent second on the house they took a second morgage on the house for $177.929 dollars out on the house and we did not even know it until now and we have been in this house for almost 7 years fighting the whole way there supposed to drop off in 2009 but we do not know if they are countywide was the people we were paying and have not missed a payment our taxes went up from $1300 per year to $5100 a year and we cannot figure how that happend, we think its PHFA'S way of trying to get us to not come up with the money and than they levy the house and they get the home if any one has bought a home from them and they scared you away with fake evictions you were bullied we found out we were just leaseing and we did nothing wrong we never missed a payment next thing we know they were at our door trying to scare us out but we fought back and they did not have any real court papers it was all a joke so than when we fought back they just backed off and that we hired some other finace group and than they worked there little magic right under our noses and next thing we found out by doing a title serch is we have a second morgage and did not know that.
