    This is the first time I ever went to any other place other than HR Block. I went here because It was close to my house and I had a coupon. 
    
    The night before I went in I called this location and asked about pricing to have my VERY simple tax returns done and wanted to make sure going to this place was a good idea. The man explained the pricing and told me they would be able to take their payment out of my tax return. 
    
    I walked in the next night to have someone do my taxes. A woman took me to her office and we got right into doing my taxes on her cpu. Once they were done, she asked me how I was going to pay for the service (about $101.00). I asked her, "Well, don't you just take that out of my tax return". She then proceeded to explain to me very rudely how as of this year they don't do that anymore unless your returns are over $2000.00 (which my tax return was no where near.) So at that point through my confusion, I told the lady I didn't know what to tell her, that I didn't have that money on me and she told me she would not file my taxes until I came to pay them. She kept my W2's and I left.
    
    In speaking with friends that went to HR Block and they had no problem with their payments being taken out of their return as long as the return was more than the payment. 

    I felt the woman was very rude to me and the fact that they did not disclose the payment with me before services were rendered was very wrong. They kept all my information and I will get my W2's back, even after what she did was wrong and the manager I spoke with KIND OF agreed with me, I will still be put up to have this go to their collection department.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! THEY DO NOT DO BUSINESS THE RIGHT WAY!
