Pacific Rim Int'l West Ice bear Won't honor the warrenty without giving them the permission to chage my credit card if any parts are missing. Ontario, California

I purchased a trike with a 12 month garranty for parts (I have to pay shipping). Well the variator went bad and I had it repaired on my own because they charge amost as much for parts for the shipping cost. Well it broke again, same problem and the tech told me the engine needs to be replace because it is defective, that was in July. After going round and round with these people they finally find a replacement engine but want me to give them my credit card number so they can charge me for any missing parts not on the engine. Well the d**n thing is broken and it is now December and they are just playing games with me. I told them no I would do that so they said to send them a list of broken parts or missing parts and they won't charge me.

My problem is I don't trust these peolpe and I see a way for them to charge me is the tech misses a part which he has no idea what all the parts they are looking for, he allready sent them pictures which I feel is enought for them to see it is a broken and defective engine. I do not have the trike it is in the shop and I can't remove any major parts nor would the tech!! I just want the engine no strings and I have been more than patient since it has been broken for 6 months. So since I refuse to give them permission to chage me for any missing parts the tech forgets to list. I didn't even try to get anything for the first repair but since it broke twice for the same thing they should just send the engine. Bad enough I have to pay to ship the old one back to them and pay for the shipping on the new one too!!!!!!!!
