PACIFIC WEB WORKS - IT -EAUCTION - eauctionsuccess.com Clowns at PACIFIC WEB WORKS! Ripoff Salt Lake City Utah

Add me to the list of those victimized by this (these?) companies as well. I am not entirely sure how I ever got signed up with Pacific Webworks, apparently I did.

Two charges made:
7/26/2007 PACIFIC WEB WORKS , TEL8015789020, UT $4.95
8/9/2007 IT/EAUCTION/801-578-90, 801-578-9020 , UT $49.90


According to them I received the same bogus information: 'You requested the Ebay toolkit of information with a 14 day trial period..." The funny thing is that I have no idea what this guy is talking about - CHRIS (what a clown)

After trying to be nice and request a refund on the charges he tells me that I have to file a police report and fax it in to them. I tell him that I will dispute the charges anyhow and that there are 51 records of ripoffs regarding their company at www.ripoffreoprt.com and then he got all nasty and kept cutting me off while talking to him...anyhow, at the same time I asked him to send me some type of policy stating how they refund people their money.

Funny thing is that when I provided him with my e-mail address it did not match what they had on file, but he kept insisting that my card number and 3 digit secure code do. I tell this clown that obviously since my card was fraudulently used....what a mess....

Anyhow, the disputed charges will be refunded to my card and I am getting a new card. Poor Capital One that has to work with them...

I think i'll report these guys all over the internet world....I've already wasted my time today...
