Pacific Webworks Inc Rip Off Unauthorized billing False Advertisement Never Recieved Salt Lake City Utah

Ok Here Goes My Complaint against the biggest rip off con-artest on the internet..They are called PACIFIC WEBWORKS INC..I was led into believing that i would recieve a free box of Chocolate if i completed three offers so i did two were free and came accross this ad for Quick Books thinking i would be recieving a free CD in the mail not email the offer stated only a $3.00 shipping and handling fee will be debited from my account but i entered the wrong email address i entered GoodNightIrene@aol.com by accident forgot to add the 36 at the end of the address so i never recieved any confirmation from them or that i even had a user name or password to use their website..That took place on April 2nd, 2007..The Company said they sent me two forms to access my account they said after signing up i would recieve a congratulations but i shut the screen down because other offers came up that i was not interested in so i shut the screen down.

And they said they sent it to my Email address that was wrong email address i entered as a mistake and forgot to add the 36 at the end so if they sent me an email it was returned to them Mail-Demon because there was no such address.

To my surprise i recieved a debit from my account of charges of $49.90 on April 17th, 2007 with the billing information included a partial phone number missing the last number so i searched the name on the internet and found the rest of the phone number missing the 0 at the end i had called it using a calling card and was put through to billing! that got me no where listening to bethoven for nearly an hour and to hear the last message there is no one available please leave your name and phone number we will get back to you and guess what they never do!

So i call the next day and talk to a ditsy operator that keeps putting me through to a bethoven waiting list again three times asked me to leave my information but no replys's

Already maxing out a $10 Calling card i call for the last time and tell her i demand customer service i waited nearly half hour before a man answered he would not disclose his name i explained to him they debited my account unauthorized for charges of $49.90 and i also disclosed to him i never recieved anything he insisted i did but i asked what email address they have he said Goodnightirene@aol.com i told him that is not my email address and requested a full refund for non delivery of the merchandise he went on and said i used that up it is now the 18th and you already had the 14 days to cancel your subscription i said how can i do that when i never recieved anything i dont even have a password!

I told him the first form of confirmation i shut down before i recieved it because other offers came up and second confirmation i never got because i entered the wrong email address.....He said use it or not clearly spefies in your notification you only have 14 days to cancel from first day of signing up...i said how i never got anything from you you also charged me something else then explained in your free offer..i never got a confirmation to do any of that the offer was inc0omplete i was blindly charged for something i didnt see

This i an unreal scamer service i never herd of paying for nothing these people have got to be stopped they are criminally debiting peoples money unauthorized My loss of $49.90 is not going away in Vein i hope we all start a class action suit and put people out of buisness once and for all this is illegal acts against the consumers and we shouldnt have to support ther rip off ways

I have filed a complaint with my bank and also with state of Utah better Buisness Burea but that still doesnt get my money back i work extremely hard to make ends meet to support my family and $49.90 is a great loss to me to give it away to someone who gave me nothing in life
