Thompson's response is once again false. He knew his statements to me were false. He never intended to issue a Commitment Letter.

Feb 19, 2009 his representative reported, after a site visit, "Dairy Farm inspections show that all aspects of the business are exceptionally prepared for acceptance and accommodation of cattle. Owner is experienced and successful in previous and current Dairy operations, acceptable and basic requirements to the proper functioning and productivity of the Dairy. Employees prepared and experienced in production handling and processing of cattle and product. Delivery of product has been considered and viable options are in place at present. I was seduced into paying the $35K by Thompson issuing BOGUS Proof Of Funds, showing $1.8 billion in his acct. He intended for me to rely on his false statements and representations, which were intentionally fraudulent and deceitful in order to manipulate and steal my money for his own personal use. All of the allegations contained in my complaint are hereby set forth for the purpose of alleging forfeiture pursuant to the provisions of Title 18, US Code, Thompson must refund the full upfront fee forthwith.
The Better Business Bureau report;
"On March 30th, 2009, we requested information from the company concerning their relationship with Barons Investment & Trust, in which they claim to have some $1.3 billion dollars in brokerage accounts. Our concern was heightened because the administrative contact for Barons Investment & Trust listed Robin Thompson, the principal of Pacific West Equity & Financial on its website, www.baronsinvestments.com, Also, we could find no record of a corporation or any brokerage firm under the name Barons Investment & Trust. The company responded to our request stating that they will contact Barons to find out why Robin Thompson's name is listed as the administrative contact on their website. The company also said that it does not know what type of information Barons Investment has or does not have, and they don't know if they are required to be registered with the Securities and Exchange Commission. The administrative contact's name on the website of Barons Investment & Trust has changed, but we are still very concerned that the funds claimed to be held by Barons Investment may not exist".
As a result of said reliance, I signed doc's and were damaged thereby in that as a result of the representations on the part of PWEF were willful, wanton and malicious and were intended to and did in fact cause me harm.
Mr. Thompson do the right thing. Refund my $35,000 and stop ripping the peoples off.

All of the complaints raised by this one individual are totally false. Even though we were lied too repeatedly, we attempted to help this individual. It was only when we aqctually required proof, something this individual still has not came up with, that there actually was funds in escrow and that he was the actual owner of the farms he claimed to own, that he became belligerent and started his rants. He will not provide any proof of what he is saying and only gets enjoyment from trying to hurt everyone around him. He has demanded money in exchange for his silence and has made many false statements about many good people. He has nothing of any value and lies to those who attempt to help him and it is always someone elses fault for what his lies cost him. Since he has nothing he feels that he can say whatever he wants and those who actually care about there reputation will either pay him or give him the attention and legitamacy he craves. We are pleased to provide proof of everything we say and have only this individuals rantsas proof to the contrary. Request proof from this individual and you too will feel his rant.
