My condo was going to be foreclosed on and my daughters roommate whose company is buying up a ton of properties said I could rent one of his little condos. Great. I made all the necessary arraingements, my son and I moved most of my things in....he (Justin Bruni..Pacific Wood Rentals) needed to put the washer/dryer unit in. He didn't do it, he was too busy to follow up on his promices...I kept going over to check on my things, I was going to pay full rent, sign a rental agreement etc..it became a joke-- I had even changed my paycheck to the new address. Then I walk in and all my things are gone....I was devastated...My son had helped me move before he left for Texas, I thought I'd be in right away. I called Justin and he was an a*****e to me saying why hadn't I gone ahead and moved in, it was his people that had trashed it out. Well, he hadn't lived up to our agreement as yet and there was no rental agreement. I gave him a list of the things that were gone. He could've cared less and was so totally rude to me. I was trying to be nice but factual, just please replace what I had lost, no more, no less. My grandkids pictures, the only wedding pic that I had of my mom and dad, my treasures that meant so much to me. Physical value I figured around $11,000. I tried talking to him to no avail. The more he knew he was wrong, the more defensive...come on now..I am just struggling in a sick economy and so happy to have a job. They took my clothes right off the hangers, my work clothes, my winter coats.....awwwggg...I don't have the money to get a lawyer and I certainly don't have the money to replace my things. I didn't file a police report, afterall, my daughter was renting from him and what could they do anyway. It's been horrible and it haunts me day and night. I felt all alone in this situation but now I'm seeing that there are others that have been equally wronged. I'm not out for major money from major league lawsuits, but good hell, just do the right thing by me. He's a young guy with one hell of an ego and laughs at me behind my back. Before all this happened he told me how he evicts people when he buys up their property and it's not pretty he even told me to lie to the HOA since I had a big dog and tell them I was buying the place, and now I'm another notch on his belt.  I sent him pictures of all my missing things. They have so many LLC's in Nevada and California with bogus addresses that it is hard to catch up with this guy and his boss Greg Geisner.
