Page Mill Properties and Woodland Park Apartments is an absolute disgrace. Mr. David Taran and his minions, Christine Griffith, James Shore, Terry Lee have set up a bunch of bogus corporations to try to bankrupt the City of East Palo Alto and slime their way into the world of big-time development. Their goal: scare everyone from East Palo Alto by raising their rent, pretending to evict them, issuing bogus warnings, increasing fines, leaving facilities untended, firing their managers, creating hazards and blaming the tenants.

Their goal is to redevelop East Palo Alto by disenfranchising the people there. What is terrible is they are doing this with money that is not even their own. Read about it at (((Link redacted))). Page Mill properties is using the retirement money of hardworking teachers and public employees to destroy the lives of many teachers and hard-working public employees. It is sick, and I can't believe these people can sleep at night. East Palo Alto is turning into a ghost town, and these people's greed is about driving us all out of town so they don't have to improve the apartments or pay relocation fees. This is incredible, and some court needs to stop them; justice is hard to get for the poor, but it must come.
