I purchased a new home in August of 2017. Noticing several items that needed repair I contacted the warranty department. The warranty department sent out their repair crew but they only made certain repairs, many of the needed repairs went ignored. Several months passed and Pahlisch Homes was not completing the warranty work I had requested. My next door neighbors were reporting they were having the same issues. Because my warranty period was coming to and end and Pahlisch Homes was not completing their warranty work I was forced to file a complaint with the Construction Contractors Board (CCB). On July 10, 2018 Pahlisch Homes signed a contract before the CCB agreeing to make repairs and provide me with a check for $3500. According to the contract they had 30 days to comply. On August 10, 2018 Pahlisch Homes defaulted on that contract by not completing the agreed repairs and not providing the $3500 check as promised.

During this entire event Pahlisch Homes constantly misrepresented and lied about the repairs they agreed to do, they even tried to get me to sign another contract falsely stating it was a requirement in the CCB contract that we signen in July. They also wanted me to sign a Confidentiality and non-disparagement agreement because I had information about substandard work they were doing. They also made the receipt of the $3500 they agreed to pay me in the CCB contract contingent on me signing this alternate phony contract.

Pahlisch Homes continues to be in defaut regarding the July 10, 2028 contract they signed before the CCB agreeing to make repairs. They are also witholding the $3500 check because I refused to sign their phony contract.
