This company's promise of the opportunity to make money by filling out online surveys turned out to be not all it was cracked up to be. I took advantage of their 60-day satisfaction guaranteed refund policy and requested a refund less than 3 weeks after I signed up.
After a couple of attempts to reach their customer service, I was finally notified by the company that I would receive a refund within 20 business days.
I did not receive my refund, and the company has refused to return any of my 7 emails I have sent since then. It has been 6 weeks since I was promised a refund and they are completely MIA - leaving me cheated out of my $39.95.
Paid-online-surveys.com is a scam. Not only is the promised opportunity a rip-off, but the company lies about its terms, refund policy, and customer service. It is a completely fraudulent business!
