I originally signed up and paid for this supposive get paid for taking surveys deal. I only did it because of their gaurantee of a refund if not satisfied.
After signing up I realized after going through the site its not what I wanted. I immediately requested my refund. They sent a confirmation with a ticket ID. Of course the link to see status of it comes up a blank page.
They sent back requesting information I gave it to them. This was Feb 21. Feb 22nd I receive an email again stating their "hassle free" refund. But still they havent given it back.
March 20th rolls around and I sent another email with the information requested thinking they just didnt get it maybe. The 21st I get an email with a new ticket number about they will review it and reply accordingly. Again blank page when you check the status.
March 21 they send an email trying to convince me not to withdrawl.
April 8th I resend my request AGAIN!!! They send back please send us your complete receipt to trace out the order # and put it forward for the refund etc. So I send it plus the previous information and STILL NOTHING!!!
Today now is April 18th and I once again sent it all to them. I cannot believe I am going through this!
