Paidsurveysonline.com Ripoff Online scam Lavallette New Jersey

Believe it or not, I found out about paidsurveysonline.com because it was featured in Google's "sponsored links!" It said, "Live in Auckland? We'll pay you $75 right now to complete a simple survey. PaidSurveysOnline.com"

Fortunately, I had the wisdom to look around the site (which is rather poorly constructed--there are various "personal statements" randomly thrown into the text with no names attached) and then do a quick search to see if anyone had reported them as being a scam.

I found posts full of people saying it was a scam and what had happened to them after they had paid the $34.95. I'm so glad I did some research before giving them my money.

The main reason I'm posting here is that they're not just scamming people in America, but in other countries too, and what baffles me is how did they get in Google's "sponsored links"? I sent Google an e-mail about it.
