I was told by the nurse at the front desk i could be seen by the doctor as all my required files and documents were valid and in their hands. Shes says "just pay me 250 dollars and u will be seen. well as soon as she took the money from me she then informed me "oh by the way we cant see you today because u dont have everything u need. I reply well 2 seconds ago u said i did. she tells me i thought u did but u dont. im like ok well what can i do? well she says u can pay for another mri.

well why would i do that i ask. because if not we can only give u 150 dollars back. well u told me i had everything i need and because u made a mistake i have to pay u 100 dollars. she insists i pay her for her mistake so i ask for the owner he violently screams at me after i calmly ask for my money get out and dont come back. I can not believe u will not give me the full amount of money i paid and didnt receive any service from a nurse or doctor please make it right with me i will greatly appreciate it i dont have money like u sir. please do the right thing.
