Paintforcars.com paint for cars, trinity 1945 inc Delayed Shipment, No Recourse, No Notification Toms River New Jersey

To provide a pretense for this complaint, I have to say that this is the first time that I've ordered from this company, and is subsequently the last.  My order was relatively straight forward, I placed it, received a shipping confirmation and tracking information.  I checked back with the tracking information consistently however it never changed, over the course of a week, it remained at "shipping information received" meaning that the package had never actually gotten to FedEx.

Occasionally FedEx is extremely lagged with updating its tracking data, and that's what I was hoping for during the first few days, but later I got concerned.  I ended up calling, no idea who I even spoke with as they didn't offer their name, but they tell me that my order had gotten delayed because they missed a shipment from one of their suppliers.  I told them the time sensitivity nature of my order and the person I spoke with offered no recourse.  No ability to expedite the shipping, no refund for shipping, nothing.  

So this whole time the shipping label had been created, I can only assume the company intended on me thinking that my order had shipped, when in all reality they hadn't sent anything, for a whole week after my order.  If you're ordering product from this company online I'd be extremely weary.  Perhaps if your a local purchaser you have greater peace of mind considering you can leave with your product at the time of sale.  Regardless, this company doesn't know how to generate good will among customers, not consistently at least, this was my first and last time ordered from them.
