Pakayas Tried to scam me, I might have gotten lucky though. Internet

Basically I placed an order on Nov 27, 2009 for a wii nintendo game. They sent me an email stating they have recieved my order and it looked good and the prices were real good. I then recieved an email on Dec 1, 2009 saying they had shipped my order and to wait 5 to 10 business days to recieve it, It has been 15 days and havent gotten anything. I have also email them twice and they havent responded and they have no working telephone number. I called my bank today to dispute the charge but it has disappeared, So i am unsure if i got lucky or if they did take my money and were able to disguise it somehow. Either way pakayas.com is no longer working. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!!! PAY THE EXTRA FEW BUCKS AND ORDER FROM A REPUTABLE WEBSITE!!!
