Palace Travel Chargebacks with Bank after I won PayPal cases Internet

If you don’t know the client personally be careful doing business online. I recently won PayPal cases against Lloyd Murray and Katrina Shockley from Palace Travel - palace travel.com. They went to the bank and completed chargebacks on rendered services. I had them pay initially “family and friendsâ€Â to avoid fees from PayPal. We went to arbitration and I submitted my evidence: - chargeback $750 deposit on development -submitted snapshot of contract which explicitly states NO REFUNDS to avoid working for free. - chargeback $750 on completed designs which are live on my portfolio I was referred from Websites on Wheels, Jacob Chapa we were friends until I got ripped off again from one of his clients that he was able to transfer off from Codeable. During the development phase in staging on the clients server there was someone making drastic changes to content. I went back to the client to address the issues and was told to speak to Katrina Shockley. I told Jacob Chapa and he stated to not touch the site until I heard from the client. I called several times and was told by Katrina Shockley he didn’t want to speak and to do what I have to do. I told her I can’t move forward without approval since he was the owner. Based on the contract I had every right to move forward and keep initial deposit for the time wasted when someone else was doing a hack job in staging. I’ll advise anyone working with this company is run away.
