Paladin & Associates, Joshua Armstrong, Jakada Zo misrepresented himself as an attorney and promised to file papers to save my home and never did leaving us homeless. Cranford/ Princeton NJ New Jersey

Insults are the only facts that Dorothy P. Cuccinelli can produce to my rebutall of her false original report.

All I ask and beg of you Mrs. Cuccinelli is to file a formal complaint with the courts based on your allegations stated in your orignal report to this website. I will pay for your court filing fees for the complaint to be filed.  In addition, Please provide copies of the alleged papers which you claimed you filed with the Attorney General's Office and the BBB, as an attachement to your rebuttal on this website.  Please also provide the complaint numbers assigned to those written claims to those agencies. 

Truth will never be ancient hostory, so please do me a favor Mrs. Cuccinelli and file a formal complaint with the courts so we can let a Judge and or Jury decide whether or not your claim / bear allegations or my counter-claim and direct witness affidavit (M.S.) is true, accurate and correct. 

Beware of people who bare false witness, and who fear entering their claims within the judicial arena were such claims should be settled. Go ahead Dorothy Cuccunelli aka Dorothy Seidner aka Dorothy Soto, file your claim in a Court of Law and "Make my Day".  I will quickly respond and forward to you all counter claims correspondence through my Attorney to your (((REDACTED))) NJ address, or your attorneys address, whichever your perfer.  

Although, this is further proof of Josh Armstrongs lack of education and illiteracy as exemplfied in his so called "rebuttal" of my complaint 3 years later, also proof of his incompetentcy and procrastination (look up those big words, buddy) and it makes me laugh.

Papers were sent to both the Attorney Generals Office and the BBB for viewing, as well as many many texts and emails from whatever alias he is using today.

ANCIENT HISTORY....But, BEWARE!

I shall keep this simple.  If the accusing person in report number 1465825 (Dorothy) would submit the following information to the reporting compnay (RIPOff Report) or to my Attorney Robert Brotman proving her claim I would gladly pay (Dorothy) 10 times the amount she claimed she paid to myself (Jakada Zo) or anyone associated with me.  I never met this person or revieved one red cent from this (Dorothy) person making this claim.  I look forward to recieveing the requested information listed below so this matter can be handled in a legal court venue. 

I am requesting the following:

(1)  A written sworn and notarized sworn affidavit signed by (Dorothy) under penalty of perjury laying out the facts of her allegations. ( Proof of claim #1).

(2) Proof of any payments paid to Jakada, Plaldin & Associates, or Joshua Armstrong. (Proof of claim #2)

(3) A signed and executed copy of any contract which was signed between the parties and executed by anyone associated with any of the parties identified on line 2. (proof of claim # 3)

Clearly after doing a brief investigation into the public record of thie Dorothy) person, it can clealt be established that she lost the property she resided in becuase her husband was removed from the residence do to domestic violence  charges. In addition, the mortgage and the taxes had not been paid on for approxiemtely 7 years in default. ($700,000.00 plus). To validate this claim a simple review of New Jersey case docket number: SWC- (F-038056-13), would suffice.

Note: It would be appreciated if any person or persons alleging any wrongful or deceitful actions to themselves or others should be required to support there allegations / claims with a sworn and notarized affidavit so the accused party can take the appropriate actions to defend themselves in a legal court venue.  Parties making false and wrongful defamation allegations should be held accountable in a court of law.
