Simone, I read your complaint and I must say I was floored. The exact same thing happened to me when I filed a complaint with the state, she made up some fairy tale story of her own and tried to defamate my character. I filed a report to the BBB to had them check out all the compplaints made against Ms. Noonan and her company practices.
